At the core of each rod is a 24/30-ton blended blank with Powerlux, striking the ideal balance between power and sensitivity to handle heavy surf and long casts. Fuji K-frame guides with durable Alconite inserts provide superior line management, reducing friction and enhancing casting distance while standing up to saltwater abuse. The carefully engineered 70/30 split with the butt section making up 30 percent of the rod length and guides running along the 70 percent section ensures optimal action and responsiveness giving anglers precise control whether working lures or battling powerful fish in unpredictable surf conditions.
